Effective 2026-09-19. This policy explains what ScriptDesk (scriptdesk.app) collects and how it is used. It is operated by B² Studio, Dallas, Texas.

What we collect

ScriptDesk does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address or payment details to use the site. We do not run advertising trackers.

The editor keeps your screenplay, its recovery checkpoints and your settings in this browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded; your script leaves the device only when you export or save a file.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations under its own privacy policy. We do not combine those logs with any other data.

Cookies

ScriptDesk sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookie or local-storage entry it does set exists only to make the site work (for example remembering a setting).

Children

ScriptDesk does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
